Knowing that there seems to be no such thing as virtue or respect among a
younger audience and so many are either on drugs, selling drugs or
dropping out and not receiving a full education or they grow up in gang
violence or simply because of the messed up economy. How would you
predict the future for teens of today? In my opinion, in our era (I'm
17-Female) things will become much more difficult. We will struggle and
there will be more negativity among us than that of our days as
teenagers. I understand that we are the future. But with so many
teenagers going through the things we do today,what do you predict our
future would be like tomorrow. In other words, do you believe in
"Children are the Future"?
Same thing's were happening in the 70's look how punk started. The only
difference is now people are more apathetic to do anything to change
there world and just accept what they're given... yay
Actually your not thinking of the big scheme of things, it's there
parents fault for moving them into bad neighborhoods or leaving a 6 pack
in the fridge while your teenager is alone at home. Also just think if
we do have a president who smokes weed. There will be no more war with
any country cause they will just say "Hey let's just have a smoke, buy
us some arab women, and forget we were even in war together hmmm?"So actually there would be more peace.

That's a huge topic - 'bout fake character . About what is 'fun' or what is 'right' and 'wrong'. What is 'good' or 'bad' ? The truth is you don't become good or bad on your own ,i.e a life left to whim and fancy or left to yourself.Neither will society mould you into a 'good' person.Or peer pressures for that matter .Or drifting in and out of seasons in your life as you experiment with whatever lifestyle or belief choices you make based on what you've come across or crossed into your paths through someone.The truth is you own your life and inherent in that there is the responsibility for you to live it.You are responsible for the roads you take and the turn offs you make.You are responsible for what you make of yourself - I don't mean just becoming a tycoon or getting known for all the wrong reasons.You don't have to be a victim.You don't have to grope for the paths of life.Above all you don't have to be abused by every kind of a person.Life is too precious to throw it awayor at everyone's feet.You don't have to take antidepressants to pull yourself through your day.Neither blow yourself up with alcohol or drugs.It doesn't matter if you 've made yourself or your life a puff of smoke or a pile of ashes. What will matter is starting today you can build REAL CHARACTER instead of sheepishly following it's 'sister'. So what is it ?
